Basic Plan includes ZATCA Phase 1 E-Invoicing, which covers basic e-invoice generation and storage. Business Plan and Enterprise Plan include ZATCA Phase 2, which adds Integration and Clearance capabilities - allowing direct integration with ZATCA's Fatoora portal for real-time invoice clearance and compliance verification. Phase 2 is required for most businesses in Saudi Arabia, so if you need full ZATCA compliance, we recommend the Business or Enterprise plans.

HR and Payroll features are available in Business Plan and Enterprise Plan. These plans include the complete HR module with employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and employee expense claims. The Basic Plan focuses on core ERP functionality (sales, purchase, inventory, accounting) and does not include HR features. If you need to manage employees, attendance, or payroll, you'll need to subscribe to the Business or Enterprise plan.

Support response times vary by plan: Basic Plan offers ticket-based support with resolution time up to 48 hours. Business Plan provides faster ticket-based support with resolution time between 8-24 hours. Enterprise Plan includes priority ticket support with resolution time of 4-8 working hours, plus on-call support during office hours, fast-track issue handling, and a dedicated account manager. All plans include access to our knowledge base and documentation.

Yes! The Enterprise Plan is the only plan that includes the CRM application. This includes lead management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, customer history tracking, and communication logging. The CRM helps you manage your entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. If you need CRM functionality for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines, the Enterprise Plan is the right choice. Basic and Business plans focus on core ERP operations and do not include CRM features.

All plans include management for 1 Business Entity / VAT Number. Each plan allows you to manage one separate business entity with its own VAT registration. If you need to manage multiple businesses or entities, you would need to subscribe to additional plans. Each plan also includes 1 total site, meaning you get one complete ERP workspace per subscription. This structure is designed to keep pricing simple and predictable for businesses of all sizes.
